Howard Seligmann

Mr. Seligmann is Senior Vice President and Head of Client Services at Sensus. He serves as a member of Sensus’ Investment Committee. He oversees new business development for 401(k) and retirement plans. Howard’s professional experience over the last two and a half decades provides for his excellent understanding of both corporate retirement plans and the mutual fund industry arena. Prior to Sensus, he co-founded Matrix Fund Services, where he gained an intimate knowledge, understanding and first hand insight into mutual fund creation, administration and efficient operations. Prior to founding Matrix Fund Services Mr. Seligmann served as a corporate retirement and 401(k) specialist at AXA-Equitable. At AXA, Howard was very successful in the implementation of 401(k) plans in the greater NY region and was also appointed by AXA’s global headquarters in Paris to the AXA Trans-border Network as the liaison for U.S. subsidiaries of AXA’s European corporate clients, for 401(k) and corporate retirement plans. Prior to joining AXA, Howard served at Berkshire Capital Management as a Director of International Marketing for the Arista Capital Growth Fund. Mr. Seligmann came to Berkshire after founding the StarTrade Funds, serving as the investment advisor of a fund family consisting of equity, fixed income, balanced and money market mutual funds. His accomplished career in the investment industry includes roles as Government Investment Attaché, and for over thirteen years, he was an active member of a NJ Department of State Commission for the promotion of investment and business development. A native New Yorker, Mr. Seligmann has a Bachelor degree in International Business Administration from the American University of Paris, and has completed graduate coursework in economics, financial analysis and marketing.
